My God, do something about my enemy!

He attacks me for no reason.

He treats me with disregard.

May the curses he shouts at me boomerang back to him.

May the blessings he withholds from me be withheld from him.

May his days be little and his disgrace large.

I’d like to pray better, God.

I wish I could wish my enemy love and joy.

But I can’t.  Not today.

This is the only prayer I’ve got.

Save me from my enemy, my God.
